Welcome The State of the Arts. As you’ll likely know we’re very new, so we appreciate you popping by.

Over the next few days and weeks we hope you’ll come to know us and Leeds Art a lot better. There’ll be articles on upcoming cultural events, reviews, and there’ll always be a great set of resources including maps, addresses and contacts for anybody who’s doing pretty much anything Art around Leeds and the wider Yorkshire area.

The idea for the site came from a desire to create a single place that anything artistic going on in the Leeds area could be discovered. We’re very excited to now be able to share this with you.
